Availability

Breakfast & Half board
If you like to consume a breakfast on day of your arrival you can book this as an additional service.
€ 14,00 for adults and € 10,00 for kids • Dinner on request: per menu € 18,50 (kids: € 14,00)
For apartments without meals
All our rooms can also used as an apartment with kitchen. In this case, the breakfast is not included in the price
Ski tickets
No waiting at the ticket cash point: We provide ski passes at our reception. Please let us know on day of your arrival
Dogs
We ask for your understanding that we accommodate dogs only after consultation and for a cleaning fee of € 20 per day
Cleaning service
Daily except sunday • Apartments: every wednesday
In case of longer stay (more than 7 days) your bed sheets will be changed
Deposit
Please make a deposit, according to the date in your booking confirmation, to guarantee an obligatory booking

Reduction for children in Type C with 2 full-paying guests
Reduction for children in Type B with 4 full-paying guests
Reduction for children in Type A with 4 full-paying guest up to 2.9 years free, from 3 to 9.9 years 40% and from 10 to 14.9 years 30%
Cancellation Information & Insurance
No doubt you are already excited about your upcoming vacation! Even so, there's always a chance something could crop up, which is why we want to take this opportunity to inform you about our cancellation policies.
- According to § 5 of AGBH 2006 you may cancel without charge up to 1 month prior to arrival
- From 1 month to 2 weeks before arrival, we bill 40% of the cost of your stay.
- Between 1 week and 2 weeks prior to arrival, the cancellation charge is 70% of the total cost.
- Should you cancel less than 1 week prior to scheduled arrival, the cost is 90% of total charges, should you be in case of cancellation on the day of arrival and at a no-show or leave prematurely, we will be obliged to bill you for 100% of charges.
Cancelation Summer 2022
Free cancellation is possible within 14 days before your arrival. In the 14 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking total.
For arrivals between 24 August and 30 October 2022, cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival, after which 70% of the cancellation fee will be charged.
A cancellation on the day of arrival or a no-show will be charged all year round with 100% of the booking total.
In order to save yourself unnecessary costs or annoyance, we recommend purchasing "Hotelstorno Plus" (incl. emergency helicopter evacuation for medical emergencies) or "Hotelstorno Premium" (incl. accident package and expanded causes for cancellation) holiday cancellation insurance. Both policies don't merely cover holiday cancellation or interruption charges, they also offer you an array of added protections for your vacation in Austria.
