Right in the heart of Fügen, at the entrance to the Zillertal, your temporary home awaits. With us, you choose how you’d like to stay: in a room with a breakfast buffet or in an apartment with your own kitchen. Starting in December 2026, the new Central Hoamat will also be part of the complex, featuring a rooftop panoramic pool, a panoramic wellness area, and bright apartments with mountain views. The two buildings are connected via an underground passage. All facilities are available to guests at both properties and can be accessed from the dry, regardless of the weather.
It’s about 1 km to the Spieljochbahn, and the free ski and hiking bus stops right at the building. And if you want to know in the evening which tour is best for tomorrow, just ask Stefan at the bar. He’s a certified hiking guide and knows the trails around Fügen like the back of his hand.

Here in the Zillertal, “Hoamat” means home. That was exactly the idea behind our new construction on the site of the old country house: a place where you can arrive and feel at home from day one.
At the Central Hoamat, vacation moments for all generations await you. On the roof is the heated panoramic pool with a view of the Zillertal, open year-round. There are also three new saunas and plenty of space to unwind.
Both buildings are connected via an underground passage. All facilities can be used by guests of both buildings and are accessible in the dry, no matter the weather.
For the little ones, there’s a playroom with a climbing wall and slide, and for the older kids, a teen lounge. Active vacationers will appreciate the fitness room with Technogym equipment, the ski and boot room with a private locker and ski boot dryer for each room, and the bike storage room with an e-bike charging station. In the courtyard, there’s a large garden with a lawn for sunbathing.
Free parking garage and parking spaces, electric vehicle charging stations, fresh apples available for free, and the on-site bar with regional drinks round out the experience. Start your day in the bright breakfast room with a sunroom or, in the summer, on the covered terrace.

Both wellness areas and the rooftop pool are included during your stay, no matter which building you’re staying in. The two buildings are connected via an underground passage, so you can get from one to the other without getting wet, no matter the weather.
We welcome guests of all ages. Only the panoramic wellness area at the Central Hoamat is an adults-only area for guests 16 and older. You’re also welcome to bring your children to the rooftop pool.
Ski or snowboard down the slopes at Spieljoch and in Hochfügen. The Spieljochbahn is about 1 km from the house, and the free ski bus stops right outside the door.
Winter Refreshment
Take a deep breath of crisp winter air, go snowshoeing through the snow-covered forest or sled down into the valley, and in the evening, enjoy a glass of something at the house bar.
