Two Houses, a Home

The Hotel & Apart Central and the Central Hoamat are located next to each other in Fügen and are part of the same property. Hans and Bernadette built the original hotel in 1991, and Stefan and Sabrina have expanded it step by step. The Central Hoamat was built in 2026 on the site where the country house once stood. Both properties share a breakfast room, a bar, a garden, and a wellness area, so you can enjoy all of these amenities no matter where you’re staying.

The Central Hoamat

For this new construction, we focused on natural materials: local wood for the facade, ceilings, and furniture; natural stone for the floors and walls; and large windows that let in light and views of the mountains. Wooden balconies wrap around the house, and on the roof sits the panoramic pool with a view across the valley. The interior feels warm and peaceful, and the air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures in the summer.

The Main Building

In the main building, you can feel the legacy of the Kofler family, who have been hosting guests for over 30 years. Solid wood in a country-style design, spacious rooms and apartments ranging from 35 to 75 m² with balconies, plus a sauna area spanning approximately 200 m². We’ve lovingly renovated the lobby and breakfast room in recent years.

Start Your Day Right

Breakfast

Our breakfast buffet is served daily from 7 to 10 a.m.: Sausage, cheese, jam, spreads, and antipasti; granola, yogurt, pastries from a local bakery, fresh fruit and vegetables, scrambled eggs, and bacon. You can enjoy your breakfast in the bright breakfast room with a sunroom and wooden ceiling, or on the covered terrace in the summer.

Breakfast is either included or available as an add-on, depending on your booking.

Let’s grab a drink at the bar

House Bar & Jägerstüberl

Our House Bar and Jägerstüberl are open starting at 4:00 p.m. Here you’ll find Zillertal beer, Austrian wine, regional refreshments, and fine local brandies. For a light bite, the menu features a Brettljause, pizza, and desserts. And most days, you’ll find Stefan or Sabrina behind the bar, ready to offer tips for the next day.

A Place to Relax

Garden & Courtyard

The courtyard of the Central Hoamat features a large garden with a lawn for sunbathing. In the summer, it’s a quiet place to read, take a nap in the sun, or let the kids run around.

Fit & Active

Fitness Room

Work out on modern Technogym equipment while enjoying a view of the garden: treadmill, exercise bike, rowing machine, multi-gym, weight bench, dumbbells, kettlebells. Ideal for warming up before a day of skiing or for staying active on a rainy day.

Children's and Teen Room

For the little ones, there's a playroom with a climbing wall and a slide; for the older kids, there's a teen room.

Ski and Boot Room

Each room has its own locker and ski boot dryer in the ski and boot room, as well as access to the bike storage room with an e-bike charging station.
