Directions & Location
Your room or apartment will be ready for you on the day of your arrival starting around 2:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier, please let us know in advance.
Please vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure so that the next guests can check in on time.
Yes. For guests arriving early or departing late, there is a lockable luggage room with a shower available free of charge. If you'd like to use the panoramic pool and saunas, you can book Early Arrival or Late Departure for € 20.00, which includes a bathrobe and a beach bag.
Innsbruck (about 50 km) and Munich (about 170 km).
The nearest long-distance train station is Jenbach, about 12 km away. From there, the Zillertalbahn runs to Fügen; the Fügen train station is about a 5-minute walk from the house. With your booking confirmation, you can ride Zillertaler Verkehrsbetriebe trains and buses from Jenbach to us and back for free.
Parking & Mobility
The free ski and hiking bus stops right in front of the house. With a valid ski pass, you can ride public transportation throughout the Zillertal for free.
In the bike storage area at Central Hoamat—there's also a charging station for e-bikes there.
Yes, we have electric vehicle charging stations. There is a fee for charging.
Yes, the parking garage and the parking spaces in the courtyard are free for our guests. We do not reserve specific spots. Please place the parking permit you received at check-in behind your windshield. Garage clearance height: 2.6 m.
Housing
Starting at 11:00 p.m., we ask that you keep the noise down in your rooms, on balconies, and in the hallways.
Yes, smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. You can smoke on the balconies and in front of the entrance, where there are ashtrays.
Please check with us first. We charge a cleaning fee of € 20 per night, not including food. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room; in the summer, you can have breakfast with your four-legged friend on the terrace or in our cozy Jägerstube next to the bar.
Yes, in the basement of Central Hoamat. You can get the tokens at the front desk for €5.00 per load; detergent is included (max. 8 kg).
Rooms with breakfast: daily housekeeping; towels are changed every other day. Apartments: housekeeping on Wednesdays and Saturdays. On Sundays, due to labor regulations, only a limited housekeeping service is available. For longer stays of 7 days or more, we change the bed linens once a week. We are happy to replace towels left on the floor at any time.
All of our rooms have a kitchen. If you book an apartment, the kitchen is available for use and final cleaning is included; you can add breakfast as an extra. If you book a room, the kitchen is not available, but you can add it as an extra. Depending on the option, breakfast is either included or available as an extra. You can find details under “Included Services.”
Wellness
With the Early Arrival and Late Departure package, you get access to the panoramic pool and saunas, including a bathrobe and beach bag, for € 20.00. The daily shower is free.
No. Sauna towels are available in the sauna for guests to take as needed. Bath bags containing bathrobes will already be in your room on the day of your arrival.

The pharmacy is about 500 meters away (65 Hauptstraße). There is a bank with an ATM right in the building.
Yes, of course. We only charge for shipping.
Yes, we'll issue you the Zillertal Superskipass at the front desk - and in the summer, the Zillertal AktivCard as well. That way, you can skip the line at the ticket office.
No, the local tax of € 2.60 is charged separately. You can find the amount in the booking details.
Cash or debit card. Please settle the bill the day before you leave; that way, things will go more quickly on the day of your departure.
