Booking directly is worth it
When you book directly with us, you always get the best price, pay no booking fees, and receive a welcome shot in the evening. We handle booking changes easily over the phone.

Please include your name and reservation number in the payment description when making your transfer.

Cancellation Policy
We’re sure you’re already looking forward to your vacation! But unexpected things can happen, so we’d like to inform you about our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Fees:
- Up to three months in advance - Free
- Less than three months up to and including one month in advance - 40%
- Less than one month up to and including one week in advance - 70%
- Less than one week in advance - 90%
The percentages are based on the agreed-upon total price of the booked package.
Travel Insurance
To spare you unnecessary costs and hassle, we recommend the Hotel Cancellation Plus (including helicopter rescue costs) or Hotel Cancellation Premium (with accident coverage package and expanded cancellation reasons). These insurance plans not only cover any cancellation or trip interruption costs but also offer you comprehensive protection for your vacation in Austria

Child Discount
- 0 to 2.99 years: free
- 3 to 14.99 years: € 38
- Applies to two full-paying guests in the Dorfseitn, Hoamat Sunn, Hoamatblick, and Hoamat Stubn apartments, as well as to four full-paying guests in the Gipfelblick apartment.
Arrival and Departure
Check-in from approximately 2:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
Local Tax
The local tax is not included in the room rate and amounts to € 2.60 per day per person aged 15 and older.
Pets
Dogs are welcome at the main building upon prior arrangement. We charge € 20.00 per day, excluding food. In the event of significant soiling, a final cleaning fee will be charged.

You are welcome to pay for your stay at our hotel in cash or with an EC card

Optional Extras
- Crib €12.00 upon request; free for stays of 7 or more nights
